When we got to our room for our anniversary trip, it was evidently double booked as it had not been prepared whatsoever since the previous night. It was a balcony suite (which they had already upgraded us to for free) and instead of moving us to a different room we were given a beautiful suite at the resort! I was very impressed with their commitment to giving us a great experience!

Absolutely wonderful service, very comfortable beds, and felt like a home away from home. Not to mention the staff are so friendly and accommodating! Will recommend to all family and friends travelling through and we will definitely be back!
